Billing
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your secure Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Will I get a refund?
We don’t offer partial refunds for unused time. After you cancel, you keep Pro features until your current period ends.
Can I restart Pro later?
Yes. You can resubscribe anytime from the billing page.
What payment methods are supported?
Stripe supports major cards and additional methods depending on your region. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Where can I find invoices and receipts?
Your Stripe billing portal provides past invoices and receipts. You’ll also receive email receipts after each charge.
Do you charge taxes or VAT?
Where applicable, taxes are calculated and collected by Stripe based on your billing details.
What happens if a payment fails?
Stripe will retry your payment. Please update your payment method in the billing portal to avoid interruption. Access may pause if payment remains unsuccessful.
Can I change my billing cycle?
We currently offer a monthly plan. If you need something different, contact support.
