Accounts & Access

Credits, Subscriptions, Billing

• Free trial credits are limited and may expire
• Subscriptions are billed via Stripe and renew until canceled
• No refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law
• Taxes may apply based on your location

Generated Content & Marketplace Rules

• Generated outputs are aids; you must verify accuracy and compliance
• You are responsible for adherence to marketplace rules (e.g., Etsy/Amazon)
• Avoid unverifiable or misleading claims in your listings

Acceptable Use

• No illegal activity, IP infringement, harassment, or attempts to breach security
• We may impose rate limits to protect service stability

Intellectual Property

• We retain IP in the Service, software, and documentation
• You retain rights in your inputs and own the outputs you create, subject to applicable third‑party policies

AI & Third‑Party Services

OpenAI and other vendors may process content to provide the Service, and their terms may apply to such processing.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee marketplace approval, ranking, or sales.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk
• You may cancel anytime via the Stripe customer portal
• Data deletion is handled per our Privacy Policy

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. Venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Kent County, Michigan, unless otherwise required by your local law.
